Position: Customer Service Representative / Reception

Mainstay Computing Ltd. is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to be our customer service representative and assist in:
  • Customer Communications
  • Technician Scheduling
  • Data Entry
Qualifications are:
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • Well versed in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Excellent time management skills and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude
  • Familiarity with a ticketing system an asset
This position is full time.

Wage is $15/hr.
